I have over 20 years of commercial design experience in the areas of design for print, design for web and video production and I am strong in all three areas. I feel my versatile skill set is one of my key strengths. When planning and producing a successful project from an initial raw concept through to the finished product, consistent across all media platforms, being an all round designer has given me the competitive edge.
Working within marketing departments has enabled me to fully develop my understanding of the target audience during the design planning process, so that all projects I create are successful in their aims as well as being visually stunning.
I am at ease working solo or as part of a team both in agency and in-house design environments. I have worked successfully with brand names such as John Lewis, Direct Line, Citizens Advice Bureau and Yesss Electrical. I am highly experienced with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of apps, as well as presentation software on both Mac and Windows platforms, able to solve my own technical issues when they arise, whether they're print, video or web related.
